In order to help address issue #5987, I'm adding references to the evaluation loop example. I'm also making it more obvious that this is not the main TF-Slim page and adding another reference to that page in the introductory paragraph.

--logtostderr causes the following error: E tensorflow/examples/label_image/main.cc:319] Unknown argument --logtostderr

Changing model links to point to tensorflow/models repository.

Addresses issue #619.

The cloned slim directory is found in `$HOME/workspace/models/slim`,
not `$HOME/workspace/slim`.
