This adds the physical memory region to the kernel memory manager in a second
(emulated) numa node.

This should probably never make it's way into main. It's a horrible mess in
terms of the class hierarchy.

Oops, address was in hex but interpreted as decimal.

Includes a new simulator type, and integration for host simulators to add
memory devices. Currently only implemented for gem5.

I basically did the following:
`mkdir experiments/simbricks/orchestration`
`mv experiments/simbricks/* experiments/simbricks/orchestration/`

Additionally, imports and paths had to be adjusted.

otherwise we don't receive CTRL+C in orchestration framework

fixes isort's wonky detection of first- and third-party for modules located in experiments/pyexps import modules from experiments/simbricks
