**Description**
This PR adds a micro-benchmark of distributed model inference workloads.

**Major Revision**
- Add a new micro-benchmark dist-inference.
- Add corresponding example and unit tests.
- Update configuration files to include this new micro-benchmark.
- Update micro-benchmark README.
