Fix SegFault in HipCalcHippoNonbondedForceKernel

    HipSort was created using a temporary ref. Adding `HipContext& cu`
    field to HipCalcHippoNonbondedForceKernel fixes the issue;

Began converting AMOEBA to the new CUDA platform: AmoebaHarmonicBondForce, AmoebaHarmonicAngleForce, AmoebaHarmonicInPlaneAngleForce, AmoebaPiTorsionForce

to avoid running OpenCL tests on build machines with OpenCL installed, but no GPU.

OpenCL kernels are now stored into a C++ class at build time rather than installing them as text files.
