      * Adding Java wrappers to LightGBM by updating CMakeLists and adding SWIG file

* Set SWIG generation to OFF by default

* Added -package option to SWIG_FLAGS

* Fixed jar structure to have class files in proper location

* removed link with OpenMP flags
