* (feat): qwen-image integration

* fix(qwen-image):
- remove unused logics related to controlnet/ip-adapter

* fix(qwen-image):
- compatible with attention dispatcher
- cond cache support

* fix(qwen-image):

- attention backend argument
- fix copies

- remove local test
