This adds a bunch of simple annotations suggested by https://github.com/JelleZijlstra/autotyping.

Should fix a potential error if a dataset has no `dataset_name` argument.

fixes some minor issues on tasks. For yaml, the task name should be <dataset_path>_<dataset_name>:<task>
