all features to run femu with kvm

Includes legacy interrupts and programming interface field.

Previously the build was broken with debugging enabled.

No reason to print a warning on every drop. Slows down kvm simulation
quite a bit

We had this set to 64bit which is too small for 100G. Bumped it up to
512.

This drastically improves throughput for single-core hosts, as the
driver always polls all event queues on an interrupt, which involves at
least one MMIO read and multiple writes.

Useful for tracking dependencies etc and simplifies multi-NIC handling

This allows multiple behavioral nic models to run on one OS thread
using boost fibers (user-level threads)
