More support for funky memory things.

For now the devmem command comes in handy, but probably generally good to have.

Has been replaced by base.pkr.hcl a while ago.

This target only converts existing qcows to raw but does not trigger anything
else to be built. Main use-case is to run this in our released containers to
build the raw images that we're not shipping with because of the size.

These are no longer included in base image.

Binutils changed something about how it generates symbol tables in
recent versions (newest ubuntu LTS at least). This adds a patch to fix
the resulting error.

Removes the -cpu host parameter to qemu which only works with kvm.

This increases build time, and might hurt disk performance for kvm/qemu
a bit. So we disable it by default. But will be useful for docker images
etc.

This significantly reduces image size, and since we're not using the
images interactively does not sacrifice anything we care about.

Remove the ubuntu1804 image. Base only has basic tools, no build tools
or libraries. Install build deps in nopaxos, mtcp, and tas images.

Necessary for for building the tas image.

Only builds base image, none of the others.

This speeds up base image build significantly

Just run different scripts inside. This avodis lots of duplication in
the jsons.

This is a lot faster than manually installing from ISO.

Ubuntu cloud images use this for EFI.
