This is the newest LTS kernel release. Will also come in handy for
disaggregated memory stuff later.

This uses somewhat more specific exception types instead of just Exception()
everywhere. Makes pylint happy.

This avoids the following warning printed many times:

  UserWarning: Specifying exception names in the overgeneral-exceptions option
  without module name is deprecated and support for it will be removed in
  pylint 3.0. Use fully qualified name (maybe 'builtins.BaseException' ?)
  instead.

Also adding some labels needed for referencing various parts of the
rest of the documentation.

Extend SimbricksBaseIfInit with a sanity check to catch
misconfigured parameters where the synchronization interval
is configured larger than the link latency, which leads to
incorrect behavior.

I basically did the following:
`mkdir experiments/simbricks/orchestration`
`mv experiments/simbricks/* experiments/simbricks/orchestration/`

Additionally, imports and paths had to be adjusted.

otherwise we don't receive CTRL+C in orchestration framework
