simbricks-run: update to work with changes to simulation executor, throw out all things that are no longer supported

symphony/runtime: add simulation executor callbacks, rework simulation executor, command executor and output handling

- import errors
- simulators being inserted into dependency topology multiple times
- some uninitialized variables
- missing or wrong arguments in function calls

orchestration/instantiation/base: refactor dependency graph stuff into its own module and add separation between proxy and simulator

orchestration/instantiation/get_socket(): rename to update_get_socket() since function has side-effects

pyexps/minimal_net_dist.py contains defines an experiment using the new interface

Otherwise components is not set when deserializing using fromJSON, so
that accessing components will fail subsequently.

Additionally, add helper functions for the conversion of the
parameters dict to and from JSON.

symphony/runtime/simbricks/runtime/simulation_executor: added sigusr1 method + fixed cancelled error print

symphony/client + symphony/cli: added opus package with utility functions to send scripts to the server and follow executions
