simbricks-run: update to work with changes to simulation executor, throw out all things that are no longer supported

symphony/runtime: add simulation executor callbacks, rework simulation executor, command executor and output handling

- import errors
- simulators being inserted into dependency topology multiple times
- some uninitialized variables
- missing or wrong arguments in function calls

symphony/runtime/simbricks/runtime/simulation_executor: added sigusr1 method + fixed cancelled error print

symphony/orchestration + symphony/runtime: users can specify artifact paths on instantiation to create artifacts after simulation
