I basically did the following:
`mkdir experiments/simbricks/orchestration`
`mv experiments/simbricks/* experiments/simbricks/orchestration/`

Additionally, imports and paths had to be adjusted.

fixes isort's wonky detection of first- and third-party for modules located in experiments/pyexps import modules from experiments/simbricks

This changed a while ago in one of the refactoring steps so some of the scripts
were broken.

moved functions:
- create_basic_hosts()
- create_multinic_hosts()
- create_dctcp_hosts()

This speeds up base image build significantly

For largescale experiment we otherwise run out of IPs
