* [DX fix] Fixing QA pipeline streaming a dataset.

QuestionAnsweringArgumentHandler would iterate over the whole dataset
effectively killing all properties of the pipeline.
This restores nice properties when using `Dataset` or `Generator` since
those are meant to be consumed lazily.

there.
