feat: aws sagemaker compatible image (#147)

The only difference is that now it pushes to
registry.internal.huggingface.tech/api-inference/community/text-generation-inference/sagemaker:...
instead of
registry.internal.huggingface.tech/api-inference/community/text-generation-inference:sagemaker-...
