太原AC容器中安装paddle2.5版本后运行程序报错注册问题
1、问题环境：https://tycloud.nsccty.com，太原AC，容器环境，dtk23.10,python3.8,paddle2.5.0
2、使用whl文件：https://cancon.hpccube.com:65024/directlink/4/paddle/dtk23.10/paddlepaddle-2.5.0_dtk2310_gite9128480-cp38-cp38-manylinux2014_x86_64.whl
3、报错信息：
Error: Can not import paddle core while this file exists: /usr/local/lib/python3.8/site-packages/paddle/fluid/libpaddle.so
