General tidy-up

Also added some other helper macros:
* OIS_INLINE_PRAGMA
* OIS_MACRO_BEGIN
* OIS_MACRO_END

classes that can't have them automatically generated, to avoid warnings
under MSVC.

Add copy constructor for Exception, since throwing it requires a copy
constructor.

Make KeyEvent::key non-const to allow automatic generation of
assignment operator and copy constructor.

Strangely Effect had an implementation, though it's still private

Fixed up all build targets (x86 and x64)
Setup DXSDK paths to use DXSDK_DIR environment and also automatically bring in correct arch linker libs of dxsdk
Added MACHINE type to generate static libs - needed so that when linking in dx libs the correct arch is used

Removing compiler flag for 64 bit compat checking (causes warning)
Fixing xinput axis enumeration - was not incrementing counter

Added close handler to x11 console demo. Added ability to configure OIS on x11 without a window... For instance, if one wanted to use another toolkits mouse/keyboard, while using OIS for joysticks

Making xinput/xbox support optional (defaults to false)... don't force OIS users to have to distribute yet another possibly unwanted redistributable.

Fix xbox centering... Don't account for xbox deadzone before marking axes as moved... or else a quick movement from extent to zero will not be registered... left dead zone for app to determine.

Upping version to 1.4.0
