Moving `zero-shot-classification` pipeline to new testing. (#13299) 

* Moving `zero-shot-classification` pipeline to new testing.

* Cleaning up old mixins.

* Fixing tests
`sshleifer/tiny-distilbert-base-uncased-finetuned-sst-2-english` is
corrupted in PT.

* Adding warning.

"The dominant sequence transduction models are based on complex recurrent or convolutional neural networks in an encoder-decoder configuration. The best performing models also connect the encoder and decoder through an attention mechanism.
