Moving `zero-shot-classification` pipeline to new testing. (#13299) 

* Moving `zero-shot-classification` pipeline to new testing.

* Cleaning up old mixins.

* Fixing tests
`sshleifer/tiny-distilbert-base-uncased-finetuned-sst-2-english` is
corrupted in PT.

* Adding warning.

Our model achieves 28.4 BLEU on the WMT 2014 English-to-German translation task, improving over the existing best results, including ensembles by over 2 BLEU.
