[Feature] Added heterograph support to SDDMM_COO and clean up SpMM and SDDMM hetero kernels (#3449)

* Added SDDMMCOO_hetero support

* removed redundant CUDA kernels

* added benchmark for regression test

* fix

* fixed bug for single src node type
